Doby Verrolec completed the design and build of a new rafted multi-station rolling line to provide additional capacity for its core products. The mill can be changed over from one profile to another profile in minutes compared to more traditional rollforming machines. Using the in-house expertise the machine utilises a unique decoupling system to speed up and simplify the changeover process. Doby Verrolec are able to provide this expertise and experience to its Bespoke Engineering customers, developing machinery and tooling to satisfy specific customer needs.
